1. If the item is in stock, order will be send within 1-2 days.
2. If there is customized order the production time will be max 2 weeks, ex shipping.
3. If your order is received broken and/or wrong please send a photo of broken/wrong item(s) within two weeks of arrival to info@creme-fraiche.nl  return will be arranged and the item(s) will be replaced.
4. If you are not happy or satisfied with your product you can claim your right of withdrawal and send it back and purchase amount will be returned, within two weeks after delivery.
5. If something seems wrong or breaks down due to fault or error in production on our part, you can claim the warranty within a period of 2 years. Please send a picture of the faulty items to info@creme-fraiche.nl
